摘要
本文以水生生物??大型蚤为试验生物,根据OECD所推荐的大型蚤急性毒性试验方法,研究了O,O-二甲基-1-(3-氟甲基苯氧乙酰氧基)乙基膦酸酯及其对映体对大型蚤的24h-LC50和48h-LC50。结果表明:Rac-Peng5、Peng5-pk1和Peng5-pk2对大型蚤的48h-LC50分别为1.29mg/L、0.61mg/L、0.69mg/L。三种形式的24h-LC50和48h-LC50毒性大小顺序为:Peng5-pk1>Peng5-pk2>Rac-Peng5。
The standard experiment animals Daphina magna was used to study the acute toxicity effect of O, 0 -dimethyl - 1 - （3 -trifluoromrthylphenoxyacetoxy） ethylphosphonate . The experiment result showed that 48h - LC50 of Rac - Peng5, Peng-5 pkl ,Peng -5 pk2 for Daphnia magna were t. 29mg/L,0. 61mg/L and 0.69mg/L respectively. Rac - Peng5 is middle toxicity , Peng- 5 pkl and Peng- 5 pk2 are all high toxicity.
