摘要
分析当前学术期刊中存在大量无效信息并不断膨胀的导因 ,指出所带来的种种不良影响和严重后果 ,并就遏制其膨胀等问题提出一些建设性意见。
The reasons to cause the publishing of ineffective information in academic journ a ls are analyzed, and the harmful influences and serious consequences are pointed out. Finally some constructive suggestions for limiting the expanding of ineffe ctive information are put forward.
