摘要
在中国科学技术期刊编辑学会主办的学术期刊主编(编辑)培训班上的讲话,阐述了学术论文在科学技术研究中的重要作用,指出了当前学术期刊发展中存在的一些问题,强调学术期刊编辑应该承担起科技创新的历史责任。
This was the speech at the course in training chief-editors and editors sponsored by China Editology Society of Science Periodicals, the important role of the academic and research papers in the scientific and technological research was discussed, some problems in the present development of the science-periodicals in China were stated, and it is stressed that the editors of the science periodicals should bear the historical responsibility for scientific and technological innovation.
