摘要
在科技编辑工作的每一个环节中都体现出编辑劳动的创造性价值。编辑家在选题组稿时,择优弃劣,弘扬创造性,引导着科技创造活动的新潮流;在修改稿件时,将自身的创造性融入稿件中,将稿件转变为文献,使信息智化;在总体设计时,构造科技书刊整体,产生创造性价值增量,增大其创造性;在编辑产品流通时,对科学技术中的创造性成果发挥着运载传播、转化促生和承前启后的重要作用。
The meaning of creativeness in science, technology and culture and the creative value in editing scientific journals are clarified. When editors select subjects and solicit contributions, they do their creative labor and orient creative activities in different scientific fields. In editing articles, editor' s creativeness is combined with that of scientific research in a fit literal form with sound information. A scientific and technical book or magazine is of creative value and creativeness. In circulation, the edited or published material acts as an information carrier of creative achievements in science and technology and a link of the past to the future.
