摘要
探讨我国卫生和卫生系统与经济的关系。由于政府、社会和病人无法承受越来越高的卫生费用,以至于控制卫生费用已成为我国卫生政策的核心。而作者从另一角度阐述健康投资对于宏观经济发展的价值与贡献。通过分析我国近年来的人群健康状况、卫生资源和卫生费用等的变化发展趋势,发现在有限的卫生费用下总体健康状况持续改善。提出了投资于健康有利于降低疾病负担,提高劳动生产力,从而促进经济的发展。
This article aims at discussion on the relationship between health, health system and economy in our country. Because government, society and patients can' t afford the more and more heavier health expenditure, to control the health expenditure has became the core of health policies making in China. While the author expatiated the value and contributions of investing into health to the development of macro -economy from a different view. By analysis, on population health status in recent years, the changing tendency of health resource and health, it was find that the general health status has been keeping continuous improvement under the limited health expenditure, and indicate that investing health will be beneficial to reducing the burden of disease,increasing the labor productivity and thus to impel the development of economy.
