摘要
目的:探索系统动力学理论与方法应用于我国卫生服务体系仿真的可行性。方法:数据主要来自卫生行政部门统计报表,采用系统动力学方法进行模型构建及模拟。结果:构建了我国卫生资源投入与利用的系统动力学模型;改变参数进行4次仿真模拟,得到不同状态下的系统参数动态变化量表。结论:系统动力学理论和方法可以应用于我国卫生服务系统研究的仿真和模拟,且具有独特的方法学优势。
Objective：To study the feasibility of applying the theory and method of system dynamics for simulation of the national health delivery system in China. Methods： Data from the statistical reports of health administration institutions were used to construct the system dynamics model for simulation of the national health delivery system. Results： The system dynam- ics model of national health recourse input and utilization was successfully constructed; and the dynamics changes of the parameters under different conditions were obtained by changing the parameters for 4 simulations. Conelusion： System dynamics theory and method, with unique methodological advantages, can be used in system analysis and modeling of national health delivery system.
