摘要
试验研究了一种稳定性高、沉积速度快的化学镀镍硼钨合金工艺,此工艺可用于铸件、不锈钢和普通钢件的耐磨及耐腐蚀处理。镍硼钨合金镀层硬度高,耐腐蚀性好,镀层均匀光亮,镀层与基体之间有良好的结合力,经热处理后镀层硬度的增加更为明显。此工艺可代替镀铬工艺。
A new Ni-B-W electroless plating process with high stability and depositing rate was studied.This technology can be used to castings,stainless steels and common steels for wear resistance and corrosion resistance treatment.Ni-B-W alloy plating was uniform and bright,with high hardness,high corrosion resistance and better bonding between plating and substrate.After heat treatment the hardness of plating can be further increased.This process can substitute for Cr-plating process.
