摘要
对6Cr13Mo马氏体不锈钢活塞环进行了加入NH4Cl的洁净气体氮化处理试验,对产品进行了金相与硬度检测及装车试验。结果表明,由于NH4Cl的活化与催渗作用,经520℃×8 h氮化,氮化层深可达0.20 mm,最高硬度达到1 200HV,且大于800 HV的有效层深达0.12 mm以上,完全能够满足活塞环的使用要求,其使用寿命与镀铬环相当。该处理工艺可以代替传统的有污染的镀铬工艺。
The piston ring made of 6Crl3Mo martensitic stainless steel was treated by means of clean gas nitriding with the addition of NH4CI. The speciments were analyzed and tested.The results show that the depth and hardness of the nitrided layer was approximately 0.20 mm and 1 200 HV respectivily after gas nitriding at 520℃ for 8 h. The effective layer depth over 800 HV was more than 0.12 mm enough to fit for the technical order of the piston ring and its service life was of the same order as the chromized piston ring. Also, it indicats that gas nitriding process can take place of the old chromizing process of piston ring with pollutant。
