摘要
目的 :观察刚地弓形虫速殖子在来源于安徽省南部地区的尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒的作用下侵入Hela细胞的数量 ,探讨尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒对弓形虫速殖子侵入Hela细胞的作用。方法 :以不同浓度尖吻蝮蛇毒加入分孔培养的细胞中 ,于不同时间观察感染弓形虫速殖子细胞的数量。结果 :尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒对弓形虫速殖子侵入细胞有明显的促进作用 ,弓形虫速殖子在蛇毒的作用下在同一时间内对宿主细胞侵入的数量均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5~P <0 .0 1) ,但不同剂量的尖吻蝮蛇毒对弓形虫速殖子侵入细胞的作用差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 5 .0 μg/ml和 0 .2 5 μg/ml的剂量分别比对照组平均提高了 12 5 .4 9%和 81.37%。 结论
Objective:To observe effect of Agkistrodon acutus snake venom on Hela cell infection of Toxoplasm gondii tachyzoites, and to explore the possible value for the snake venom as adjuvant in pathogenic diagnosis of toxoplasmosis.Methods:The snake venom was added to the tachyzoite host cell culture system at different concentration and the cell infective rates were counted by the method of Giemsa staining.Results:With the adjuvant the infective rate of host cells was remarkably higher than that in the control group( P <0.05~ P < 0.01 ), with 5.0 μg/ml and 0.25 μg/ml of the adjuvant the infective rates were increased by 125.49% and 81.37 % respectively.Conclusions:As an useful adjuvant the A.acutus snake venom from Anhui area may promote the invading process of tachyzoites to Hela cells and can increase the infective rate in a given dose. [
