摘要
本文观察了弓形虫RH株、Prugniaud株和8株源自羊水等标本的野生株速殖子,在以单核细胞THp-1作为受染细胞的培养系统中不同接种量其检出时间的差异。结果表明,RH株和Prugni-aud株各不同接种量最早可在1~4d内获阳性结果,而野生株仅1株可检测到每管(2ml)10速殖子的接种量(第14d),100速殖子接种量6/8株在第14d检获阳性。提示在以细胞培养进行弓形虫病原检测时适当延长培养检测时间可提高阳性率。
The present study observed the first detectable day of infected cells in cell cultureof
l0 T. gondii strains (RH strain, Prugniaud strain and 8 other wild strains).Results showedthat for
different inocula of RH strain or Prugniaud strain into the cultures the parasites could
bedetected in 1 to 4 days; in the culture of wild strains only one could be detected till 14 th day
inculture with 10 tachyzoites inocula , while in the culture inoculated with l00 tachyzoites
6/8strains could be detected in l4 days. Thisindicated that in the tachyzoites/cell culture
system,prolonged culture-detection time can raise the positive rate.
