摘要
目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者血栓前状态变化与血栓形成的关系及机理。方法 对 96例 2型糖尿病患者测定 6项能反映血栓前状态的分子标志物。结果 与正常对照组比较 ,各组糖尿病患者血栓前状态指标均发生不同程度的变化。血浆 v WF∶ Ag、血浆 GMP- 14 0、D-二聚体水平较正常明显升高 ,t- PA活性下降。结论 糖尿病患者存在着血栓前状态及不同程度的血栓形成 ,血栓前状态指标的检测有助于判断糖尿病的病情及血管病变的程度。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of measurement of prethrombotic state in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Six parameters concerning endotheliocytes, platelets and fibrinolysis were measured in 96 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Results As compared with normal controls, the levels of plasma vWF,GMP 140 and D Dimer were significantly higher, while the activity of t PA was significantly lower.Concluisons The measurement of prethrombotic state had very important clinical values in the early diagnosis and judgement of type 2 diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy.
