This article reviewed the development of ISO9000, described the features of quality management in pharmaceutics department, and stated the application of ISO9000 in medicine service of pharmaceutics department. It is also expounds the significance of ISO9000 in pharmaceutics department. The implementation of ISO9000 in pharmaceutics department should provide the guidance to enhance quality management and medicine service quality in pharmaceutics department.
