糖尿病黄斑水肿的治疗进展 被引量:28

摘要 糖尿病黄斑水肿是致盲的主要原因之一 ,推测病因为微血管瘤渗漏或血视网膜内外屏障破坏。临床上一直探索其有效的治疗方法 ,疗效肯定的有激光光凝、玻璃体切割 ,但仅部分能缓解黄斑水肿。目前采用药物治疗 ,如碳酸酐酶抑制剂 ,玻璃体腔注射糖皮质激素或放置激素缓释粒等 ,需进一步观察。
