摘要
目的:探讨倍频532nm激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿(DME)的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2001-05/2003-07倍频532nm激光治疗的DME患者46例(86眼)的临床资料,比较治疗前后视力及水肿消退的情况。结果:46例(86眼)中对局限性水肿型、视力提高、不变、下降的情况分别是14眼(37%),24眼(63%),0眼。弥漫性水肿型视力提高、不变、下降的情况为7眼(15%),35眼(73%),6眼(12%)。DME消退情况:前者消退11眼(29%),好转26眼(68%),无效或加重1眼(3%);后者消退6眼(12%),好转22眼(46%),无效或加重20眼(42%)。结论:532nm激光治疗DME有效,且光凝对局限性水肿的治疗效果好于弥漫性水肿型。
AIM: To evaluate the effect of photocoagulation with 532nm frequency-doubled laser on treating diabetic macular edema (DME).· METHODS: The clinical data of 46 cases (86 eyes) who had been diagnosed as DME and treated by 532nm frequency-doubled laser were retrospectively analysed. The difference of visual improvement, resolution of macular edema between before and after laser treatment were compared.· RESULTS: Among the 46 cases (86 eyes), for those of focal DME, the postoperative visual improved in 14 eyes (37%), remained unchanged in 24 eyes (63%) and worsened in 0 eye respectively; For those of diffuse DME, the postoperative visual improved in 7 eyes (15%), remained unchanged in 35 eyes (73%), and worsened in 6 eyes (12%) respectively.· CONCLUSION: The 532nm frequency-doubled laser treatment might promote or accelerate visual acuity recovery and reduce the macular edema. The effect of photocoagulation on focal DME is better than on diffuse DME.·
