摘要
以苯为溶剂采用超声法对青风藤根进行提取 ,超声提取物经活性碳脱色纯化和重结晶即可得产品青藤碱。对所得产品经IR和HPLC法进行了定性和定量分析 ,在最佳提取条件下青藤碱的产率为2 12 % ,含量为 98 73%。该方法从青风藤根中提取分离青藤碱具有操作简便 ,能耗低 。
Roots of Sinomenium actum Rehd.et Wils were extracted with benzene by the method of ultrasonic wave.The extrct was purified by activity carbon,and then the product of sinomenine was obtained by recrystallization.The product was identified by IR and the content of sinomenine was determinated by the method of HPLC.In the optimization condition,the recovery of sinomenine which was extracted from Sinomenium actum was 1 12% and the purity of the product was 98 73%.It was a save time and energy,convenient and efficient way to extract and purify sinomenine from the roots of Sinomenium actum.
