摘要
目的:益母草含量测定方法有多种,不同方法有不同的优缺点,2000年版中国药典为雷氏盐剩余比色法,但该方法用活性碳脱色测定会引起生物碱含量偏低,固将该法中用活性碳脱色改为用乙酸乙脂脱色,并对浸泡时间进行研究。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定。结果:浸泡1小时测定含量较高。结论:用乙酸乙脂脱色时浸泡1小时比较可行。
