摘要
对于油、水井的临时封井 ,一般采用在油层顶界与井口段双重注水泥塞的办法来实现 ,但这种方法存在施工复杂、投资大和再利用困难等不足 ,为此研制了X45 5型临时封井器。这种封井器结构完善 ,起下顺利 ,封井可靠 ,可替代注水泥塞封井工艺。 2 1口井的试验表明 ,该型封井器放喷回收“油帽子”便捷、施工成功率达 1 0 0 % ,与传统工艺相比共节约投资 88 2万元 ,回收“油帽子”创效益 8 3 6万元。但对于井筒压力较高、地层渗透性好而放空无法将压力放净的油、水井 。
Model X455 temporary well plugging device is developed for plugging low-pressure holes instead of cement plugs. The design feature and the operating principle o f the device are described. The main technical parameters and characteristics of the device are introduced. Field use shows that the device is convenient to low er into well and pull off, and it runs reliably with good economic benefit.
