摘要
针对油田常规Y341型封隔器结构较长、密封不可靠、坐封压力高、解封载荷大等问题,设计了一种新型Y341型封隔器。该封隔器总体结构紧凑,总长较短,密封结构独特可靠,洗井后重复密封可靠性高,坐封压力低,解封力小。能够方便可靠地完成油田的分层注水及注聚作业。
Conventional Y341 type packer has the disadvantages of longer structure, unreliable sealing, high sitting pressure and realease load, a new pattern of Y341 type packer is designed.The new packer has advantages of compact structure and shorter length,a unique structure of the sealed reliability, high repeated sealing after well washing,lower sitting pressure and realease load. The field water injection and polymer injection operations layer can be completed conveniently and reliably by using the new packer.
