摘要
轮南５７井是塔北隆起构造上的一口具有工业性油气流的勘探重点井，因发生井喷事故而面临报废。文章介绍了该事故井的简要情况及修复难度、实施的技术措施，修井质量达到油气井完井标准，恢复了油气产能，经济效益显著，节约资金上千万元。
Lunnan well 57,a priority exploration well with commercial oil-gas stream on the uplift Structure in North Talimu Basin,is faced with disuse as well blowout accident.The brief condition,workover difficulty and applied technical measure of the well are introduced. After using a series of techniques, completion standard is achievedand oil-gas production is resumed to save over 1×107 yuan.
