改进的共沉淀法制备Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3压电陶瓷粉体研究 被引量:1

Improvement in Coprecipitation for Preparing Pb(Zr_xTi_(1-x))O_3 Piezoelectric Ceramic Powders

摘要  采用正交实验方法研究共沉淀法制备PZT压电陶瓷粉体的工艺过程.对粉体进行SEM、电子能谱观察,结果表明:对粉体粒度和形状影响最大的是沉淀剂种类.正交实验优化了制备PZT粉体的最佳工艺参数.事实证明:以Pb(Ac)2·3H2O为Pb源,采用共沉淀法制备PZT粉体,可以降低生产成本,缩短生产周期,简化工艺流程. The technological process of coprecipitation for preparing PZT piezoelectric ceramic powders is studied through orthogonal experiments. The powder'SEM and electric energy spectrum were observed. The results reveal that the type of precipitation agent has greatest influence on the grain size and shape, but the adding methods have no obvious influence. The best technological parameters of preparing PZT power are chosen by orthogonal experiments. It was proved that coprecipitation for preparing PZT piezoelectric powder using Pb(Ac)2·3H2O as its source can reduce production costs, curtail production cycle, and simplify technological process.
