水热法制备锆钛酸铅纳米粉体 被引量:3

Syntheses of Lead Zirconate Titanate Powder Under Hydrothermal Conditions

摘要 以Pb (NO3) 2 、ZrOCl2 ·8H2 O和Ti (OC4H9) 4为前驱物 ,在温和水热条件下合成制得了单一物相的压电陶瓷锆钛酸铅纳米粉体。讨论了前驱物配比、反应温度、反应时间和矿化剂浓度对合成粉体的影响。在Pb/ (Zr +Ti) =1 7,Zr/Ti =0 5 2 / 0 48,NaOH的浓度为 3mol/L ,反应温度为 2 0 0℃ ,反应时间为 2小时的条件下 。 Lead Zirconate Titanate Powder(PZT) was hydrothermally synthesized under mild conditions, and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD). Some factors,e.g.,crystallization temperature, crystallization time, Pb/(Zr+Ti), Zr/Ti molar ratio and catalytic promoter,were investigated. According to XRD results, the best syntheses condition of the PZT powder in the morphotropic phase boundary zone was at Pb/(Zr+Ti)=1 7,Zr/Ti=0 52/0 48, 3mol/L NaOH, 200℃,2h.
