压电陶瓷粉体粒度分析中的影响因素

摘要 为了较准确地得到低温烧结改性PbTiO_3压电陶瓷粉体的粒度,采用激光粒度分析技术对粉料样品进行了测试,研究了分散剂、超声波、溶液量浓度对粒度的影响.实验表明:分散剂和超声波均有使粉体稳定分散的作用,只是其作用机理各不相同.溶液量浓度对粒度分析影响也较大.通过一系列的测试分析,得出较佳的测试条件,较准确地测出陶瓷粉料样品的粒径分布及最小平均粒径为0.4lμm. A doped piezoceramic PbTiO3 powders were analyzed with laser analysis technology to determine the more accurate particle size. The effects on particle size analysis were studied, including disperser, ultrasonic and density of the liquid through different theories. The density of liquid also has an effect on analysis. Then were the better conditions by series of experiments and the more accurate average particle diameter: 0.41μm.
