摘要
尿素单晶是具有分子共振结构的有机分子型晶体,本文在室温用e^+湮没寿命谱学检测晶体质量,证明了z向限制法生长尿素单晶是一种较好的方法,并发现进杂和包裹物主要位于z向结构隧道孔洞中.通过热处理的样品e^+湮没测量,可知,有可能通过合理的热处理使尿素单晶质量得到改善.
The urea crystal is an organic molecule type crystal with a resonance structure. The crystal quality has been determined by the positron annihilation life spectroscopy at room temperature , demonstrating that a technology of growing urea crystal by limiting growth in the z direction is comparetively good , and it has been found that impurities and inclusions locate principally in the structural tunnels along the z direction. According to the results of the heat treatment experiments, an appropriate and reasonable heat treatment is possible to improve the quality of the urea crystal.
