摘要
用 5kWCO2 激光器在 4 5钢基体上进行了自动送粉的熔覆处理。通过宏观和微观分析表明 ,只有综合工艺参数和送粉量符合一定条件时 ,才能得到良好的熔覆层。
Ni base alloy was cladded on carbon steel using 5kW CO 2 laser with auto sending powder technology. Macroscopic and microscopic analyses indicated that good guality cladding layer could be obtained only when the sent amount of powder was at a proper level under certain technological parameters.
