摘要
用连续的1kw—CO^2激光器,对汽车发动机排气阀尾端进行激光相变硬化处理,所得硬化层厚度及硬度值符合标致汽车发动机排气阀的技术要求,可以用于代替进口产品。
A method of using CW-1kW CO2 in the application of heat treatment of automobile engine valve is reported in this paper. The resulted thickness of hardened zone and the hardness value met the requirement of technical specifications made by peugie auto company. The products by this technology will be able to substitute the irnported ones.
