摘要
人力资源的开发利用 ,需要相应的人才环境。安徽人才战略的实施 ,必然要求进行人才环境建设。要使全社会都充分认识人才环境建设的重要意义 ,对安徽人才环境现状应有全面确切了解 ,特别是对存在问题及其严重性应有深刻认识。安徽人才环境建设应首先立足于现有人力资源的开发利用 ,并按系统工程的要求 。
The development of human resources requires corresponding talent environment. And the implement of Anhui talent strategic plan certainly needs talent environment construction. So it is important to make all people know the far-reaching significance of the construction and to make them have an overall understanding of the present situation. The overall talent environment construction should be promoted according to the demand of system project based upon the current development of the human resources.
