摘要
市场环境的健康有序发展对科技型人才聚集有着举足轻重的作用。在分析人才市场环境构成的基础上,着重从人才市场体系、人才市场开发和人才市场秩序等三个方面探究了市场环境对科技型人才聚集效应的影响,提出了优化人才市场环境的对策,以促进科技型人才聚集效应的产生与提升。
Healthy and orderly development of marketing environment is the key component of integrated environment of technological talents. Based on analyzing the composition of environment of human resources markets ,this article explores influence on the effect of talent aggregation that exerted by market environment from 3 factors such as human resource market system,market exploration and market order, and proposes the countermeasures of optimizing marketing environment to generate and enhance the effect of talent aggregation.
