摘要
目的 了解倍美力软膏对老年性阴道炎的治疗效果。方法 应用倍美力软膏经阴道给药对 4 6例老年性阴道炎进行治疗。结果 临床症状明显好转 ,生殖道健康评分较用药前明显提高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 倍美力软膏治疗老年性阴道炎 ,疗效明显 。
AIM To investigate the clinical effect on intravaginal premarin cream in management of senile vaginitis. METHODS Forty six postmenopausal women were assigned to apply intravaginal cream for two cycle. RESULTS Clinical symptom were effectively prevented and reduce. Vaginal health score (VHS) were significantly improved ( P <0 01). CONCLUSION It seems that intravaginal use of premarin cream would effectively improve symptom of senile vaginitis and reduce the by produce of oral drug.
