倍美力软膏治疗绝经后萎缩性阴道炎29例 被引量：5

摘要 目的 :探讨倍美力软膏治疗绝经后妇女萎缩性阴道炎的疗效。方法 :周期性阴道放置倍美力软膏 1g治疗绝经后萎缩性阴道炎 ,并于用药后第 1天 ,第 2 1天 ,第 49天检测症状、体征及实验室指标。结果 :经阴道给药后萎缩性阴道炎症状明显改善 ,阴道表层细胞百分比、生殖道健康评分较用药前明显提高 ,对血脂、肝、肾功能、子宫内膜厚度、体重无影响。结论 :倍美力软膏治疗绝经后萎缩性阴道炎症状。
