欧维婷治疗哺乳期萎缩性阴道炎58例临床分析被引量：4

摘要目的:观察欧维婷软膏对哺乳期萎缩性阴道炎的治疗效果。方法:将58例产后哺乳期萎缩性阴道炎患者作为观察对象,经阴道局部用药,观察用药第1天、第7天及第21天其症状、体征、血清激素水平、子宫内膜厚度及生殖道健康评分等变化。结果:用药后患者自觉症状明显好转,血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、催乳素(PRL)和子宫内膜厚度差异均无明显变化(均P>0.05),生殖道健康评分显著改善(P<0.01)。结论:欧维婷治疗哺乳期萎缩性阴道炎安全、有效,在临床上值得应用。
