乙双吗啉对阿霉素诱导的大鼠脂质过氧化水平的影响

摘要 对阿霉素诱导的大鼠脂质过氧化代谢异常以及乙双吗啉(Bimolane,AT-1727)的拮抗作用进行了研究。发现阿霉素使大鼠心肌脂质过氧化水平升高,应用乙双吗啉后可显著得到抑制(P<0.005),两药合用对血浆及肝脏的脂质过氧化代谢无影响。结果提示:乙双吗啉对阿霉素致心脏毒性的保护作用与抗脂质过氧化有关。 The metabolic change of lipid peroxidation caused by adriamycin (ADR) and the inhibition of bimolane (AT-1727) in rats are studied. It was demonstrated that ADR could enhance lipoperoxide contents in rat's myocardium, and the pretreatment with AT-1727 significantly inhibited the increase (P<0.005). Co—administration of ADR and AT-1727 showed no significant alteration in lipoperoxide metabolism of plasma and liver. The results indicate that the protective effect of AT-1727 against the cardiotoxicity of ADR is associated with inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
