摘要
目的分析乳腺癌化疗前后心电图的变化。方法对68例乳腺癌化疗病例于化疗前后记录其心电图,观察和比较化疗前后心电图异常改变。结果化疗后出现T波改变、窦性心动过速、肢导低电压、室性心动过速、室性早搏、左前分支阻滞等心电图改变21例,异常率为31%。结论化疗后心电图的监测可以提示蒽环类抗肿瘤抗生素的心脏毒性。
Objective To analyze electrocardiogram changes 450003, Henan of patients with breast cancer before and after chemotherapy. Methods The electrocardiogram of 68 patients with breast cancer were examined before and after chemotherapy. Results Twenty - one cases were abnormal after chemotherapy, the abnormal rate was 31% （21/ 68 ）, and the abnormal changes were T wave, sinus tachycardia, low voltage of limb leads, ventficular extrasystole and so on. Conclusion Electrocardiogram changes after chemotherapy can hint the toxicity of heart.
