超声激活血卟啉杀伤癌细胞的扫描电镜观察 被引量:2

摘要 利用频率为2MHz,强度为0.9W/cm2的超声(Ultrasound,US)激活血卟啉(Hematoporphyrinderivatives,HpD)对在体的腹水型艾氏腹水瘤细胞(EhrlichAscitesTumor,EAT)和S180(Sarcoma180,S180)细胞进行抑癌作用研究。通过扫描电子显微镜观察处理后细胞形态的变化,结果表明:超声激活血卟啉对艾氏腹水瘤细胞和S180细胞均有明显的杀伤效果,且通过对损伤不同形态的比较,得出S180细胞膜较艾氏腹水瘤细胞膜对于声动力疗法(SonodynamicTherapy,SDT)更为敏感。 The antitumor effects of hematoporphyrin derivative (HpD)activated by ultrasound (US)was studied on Sarcoma180(S180)and Ehrlich ascites tumor(EAT)cells through scanning electronic microscope.The results indicated that the synergia of US and HpD had remarkable antitumor effects on ascitic S180 and EAT cells.At the same time,the comparison between two ascitic tumor cells′ images of injured membranae illustrated the S180 cells was more sensitive than EAT cells to HpD activated by US.
