摘要 声动力疗法(sonodynamic therapy,SDT)是一种新型的肿瘤治疗方法。它是对肿瘤细胞先给予声敏剂,再用超声照射肿瘤细胞,诱导一系列声化学反应,激活声敏剂分子,通过增效声动力效应杀伤肿瘤细胞,抑制肿瘤生长。SDT由于对肿瘤组织特异性和穿透性而对正常组织没有损伤,故被学者认为是一种有潜力的应用于抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和生长的治疗方法。本文就SDT对肿瘤细胞的作用机制研究进展及现状做一综述。 onodynamic therapy (SDT) is a relatively new and promising approach for cancer treatment. It uses a sonosensitizer and ultrasound, producing sonochemical effects in the target area and resulting in tumor destruction. SDT is a potential method to inhibit the proliferation and growth of tumor cells because of tumor tissue specificity and penetration without injury on normal tissues. This review aims to elaborate the progress of mechanism and role of sono- dynamic therapy on cancer ceils.
