摘要
介绍了采用酸盐分解—碱浸—水洗—净化—浓缩结晶等过程从氨浸渣中回收钼并生产钼酸钠的工艺。实验结果表明钼的浸取率达到 80 % ,制备的工业钼酸钠符合Q/JDC1 0 2— 2 0 0 2标准 。
The technology of producing sodium molybdate of industial grade and recycling Mo from ammonia leaching residue is introduced. In this procedure,the process of the resolving of acid and salt , alkali leaching ,water washing ,cleaning and concentrating crystal is applied.Results show that the rate of Mo soaking comes to 80%, and the sodium Molybdate of industrial grade meet the Q/JDC102-2002 standard. So the production can satisfy the users' requirements at home and abroad.
