摘要
非晶态金属具有高强度、高硬度、耐腐蚀和优异的软磁性能 ,在电力、电子、机械、能源和分析设备等方面具有广泛的用途。但由于制备方法所限 ,制备的非晶态合金主要为薄带、细丝、粉末等。因此 ,制备和生产工业实用化的非晶态金属材料 ,成为材料研究和开发工作者的努力目标。本文主要简单地介绍了非晶态合金的制备方法、一般性能特点、用途、种类和应用场合 ,以及目前该方面研究存在的问题和发展方向。
Amorphous alloys have various useful properties such as high strengh,high hardness,high corrosion resistance and soft magnetism ete.It will be applied in electric and electron industry,mechancal industry, energy industry,and modern analysis equipment etc.However,the products of these alloys are limited mainly in ribbons,wires,powders or thin films.In order to make full use of the outstanding properties of amorphous alloys and to extend its industrial applications,it is vital to prepare amorphous alloys in a bulky form,In this paper,the fabrication method,characteristic properties sortsa and applications of amorphous alloys are introduced.the problems in its research are presented as well.
