摘要
1999年 6月《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》中作出了关于“鼓励综合性高等学校和非师范类高等学校参与培养、培训中小学教师的工作 ,探索在有条件的综合性高等学校中试办师范学校”的决定 ,由此从外部刺激了高等师范教育体制改革的深入展开。综合性高校兴办教师教育具有现实的必要性和可行性 ,而在此项政策实行过程中可能出现的如何保证和提高教师教育的专业化水平、综合性高校以何种方式介入教师教育等问题是值得讨论的。综合类高校和高等师范院校都要拓宽思路、合作共进 。
The system revolution of the normal universities w as stimulated after June, 1996 with the relevant decision made by the Government. The refore, a series of debates began with the necessity and possibility of universi ties to carry out the teacher's education. The open cooperation of normal univer sities and comprehensive universities is the key to the success of improving tea ching quality.
