摘要
本文推导出了以非线性基底平板光波导中传输的TE模光功率P为参数的本征值方程且采用图解法求出传播常数β,对TM模也做了讨论。
In the paper the eigenvalue epuation of TE modes of slad optical ma-veguides with nonlinear substrate is derived,in which the optical power catried in substrate is a parameter. The graphical solutioa method is used in this problem.
