摘要
本文推导出以流经非线性衬底的光功率 P 为参数的平板波导 TM 模的本征值方程且采用图解法求出传播常数β。
In this paper the eigenvalue equation of TM modes of slab optical waveguides withnonlinear substrate is derived,in which the optical power carried in substrate is a parameter.The graphical solution method is used in this problem.
