概述了中日韩高强度高韧性钢材的研究开发进程 ,从中可以看出这三个国家都很重视这方面材料的研发 ,尤其是日本已取得明显的突破。
The research and development course to the high tensile and high toughness steel in China, Japan and Korea were introduced briefly. All these three countries have had put more attention to the research and development of the two high steel and the breakthrough has been made in Japan.
