摘要
对电脉冲试验用电极材料及电极安装方式进行了开发研究,设计出了一种能长期、高效地应用于中间包的脉冲试验用电极,并在生产实践中对中间包进行工业化试验验证。结果表明,该电极可以顺利进行脉冲电流施加,可达到电极寿命和中间包寿命的同步;并能极大地优化施加电脉冲的工作条件。
The material and installation way of electrode for pulsed current were investigated.A long-term and high efficiency electrode was designed for applying pulse current on tundish,which was applied on tundish from Shaanxi Longgang company.The results show that the electrode can be used to apply pulse current smoothly and keep the same life cycle with tundish,meanwhile,the working conditions are greatly optimized.
