摘要
目的 探讨阻塞性黄疸时大鼠的胆总管直径、压力变化及血清胆红素代谢的规律。方法 利用 Wistar大鼠结扎胆总管致阻塞性黄疸的模型 ,动态观察结扎胆总管后 0、1、3、5、7、14、2 1天 ,分别测量胆总管直径、压力及血清胆红素的数值 ,并且作出胆总管直径、压力、血清胆红素变化的曲线。结果 实验结果表明随着胆总管结扎时间的延长 ,大鼠的胆总管直径及压力随之增加 ,并且至胆总管结扎术后第 7天时 ,胆总管的直径和压力均达到最高峰 ,其数值分别为 6.1± 0 .1mm及 15 .1±0 .2 cm H2 O,并且进入高峰平台期 ,再随着阻塞性黄疸的时间延长 ,胆总管直径、压力不再随之增加 ;血清胆红素的数值在结扎胆总管术后第 1~ 3天呈急剧上升趋势 ,至术后第 3天达到高峰 ,其数值为 10 6.7± 11.2 um ol/l) ,术后第 5~ 7天呈急剧下降趋势 ,到术后第 7天血清胆红素数值为 11.8± 2 .5 umol/l,术后第 7~ 2 1天血清胆红素数值呈平缓下降 ,至术后第 2 1天时 ,血清胆红素数值仅为 1.2± 0 .3 2 um ol/l。第 2 1天后未再做进一步测量 ,全组动物无死亡。结论 Wistar大鼠在通过结扎胆总管造成阻塞性黄疸时 ,其血清胆红素变化的规律与人类不同 。
Objective To investigate the changes in common bile duct diameter,pressure and serum bilirubin after obstructive jaundice in rats. Methods Seventy Wistar rats weighing 250~300g were used in this study. Part of the rats were inflicted with obstructive jaundice through ligation of common bile duct (experimental group).The level of common bile duct diameter, pressure and serum bilirubin metabolism were measured on the 0, 1st, 3rd, 5th,7th, 14th, 21th day after the ligation.Results The level of common bile duct diameter and pressure was the highest in operation 7th and then maintained the level. The level of serum bilirubin was the highest in operation 3th and then descended.Conclusion The curve of serum bilirubin metabolism in rat is different with human being.
