摘要
栗中的直链淀粉含量是由主基因和修饰基因共同控制的,它不受细胞质基因及胚乳基因的影响。控制直链淀粉含量的基因分离完全符合孟德尔的独立分配规律。高直链淀粉含量表现为部分显性和完全显性,并因不同的遗传背景表现不同。控制直链淀粉含量的基因除存在加性、显性效应外,还存在加×加、显×显效应,并且不适合双基因互作的模型测验。
