摘要
利用汕优63、二汕63不同世代群体的数据估算了 a、d、aa,ad、dd 各类基因效应和不育胞质效应。加性率超过60%的有出穗期、株高、千粒重;总粒数和单株粒重的显性率约占50%;大多数性状都表现较高的上位率,有放穗数、结实率的上位率达70%～94%。不育胞质对多数性状具有负效应,主要是通过与核内显性和上位性效应的互作而得到表显的。
A few kind of gene effect as a,d,aa,ad,dd and plasmatic sterility effect are estimated with the data of the population in every generation of Shanyon 63 and Ershan 63.The additivity rate of the ear stage,plant height and weight of 1000—grain is over 60%.The epislasis rate of the most characters is high,especially the effective ears and the grain rate of which is up to 70%—94%.The sterile plasma produces bad effect to most characters because of the interaction between the plasma and nuclear in dominance and epistasis.
