摘要 利用两个冬小麦杂交组合的P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、B_1和B_2六个基本世代进行冬小麦沉淀值基因效应分析.两组合的试验结果基本一致,狭义遗传力分别为0.6244和o.5739,达极显著和显著水平;沉淀值的遗传较复杂,不符合加性—显性模型;基因作用方式有加性、显性和双基因交互作用,三基因互作以及类似的复杂因素对世代平均数间的差异没有显著影响.加性效应、显性效应以及上位性效应对沉淀值的遗传都有重要作用;上位性属重叠型. Six generations(P_1, P_2, F_1, F_2,B_1 and B_2) of each of two cross combinations of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) were employed for evalution of gene effects in the heritance of sedimentation values, using the method of Mather and Jinks for analysis of generation means. Similar results were obtained from both crosses, heritability in the nerrow sense was 0.6244 and 0.5739, respectively, reaching significance at 0.01 and 0,05 levels. Inheritance of sedimentation values was complex and not fit the additive-dominance model. The estimates of additive,dominant and epistatic effects were highly significant. The digenic interaction model was adequate, there being no evidence of trigenic and higher order interaction. Additive,dominant and epistatic effects were important to the heritance of sedimentation values. Epistasis was duplicate type.
