摘要
目的 评价1 1 C 蛋氨酸 (MET)PET显像诊断胶质瘤及鉴别良恶性胶质瘤的价值。方法2 2例经病理检查证实的不同分级胶质瘤患者行1 1 C METPET显像 ,对病灶进行定量分析。结果 2 2例患者的瘤组织均有明显1 1 C MET摄取且与周围正常组织分界清晰 ,Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质瘤热点计数与对侧相同部位 (HS CA)放射性比值为 1 .57± 0 .2 8,明显低于Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤 (3 .0 6± 0 .47,t=6 .48,P <0 .0 5)和Ⅱ级少突神经胶质瘤 (2 .34± 0 .79,t=2 .2 6 ,P <0 .0 5) ;而Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤与Ⅱ级少突神经胶质瘤的HS CA比值差异无显著性 (t=1 .85 ,P >0 .0 5)。结论 1 1 C METPET显像有助于鉴别诊断不同分级的胶质瘤。
Objective To study the value of 11 C methionine (MET) PET scan in the diagnosis of gliomas and in differentiation of malignant and benign ones. Methods Twenty two cases with pathologically diagnosed gliomas of various grades underwent 11 C MET PET scan. The uptake of hot spots was quantified and compared among different study groups. Results Tumors of all cases showed remarkable uptake of 11 C MET, and bore clear margin with surrounding normal tissue. The 11 C MET uptake of grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ gliomas ( n =6, HS/CA=1 57±0.28) was significantly lower than those of grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ ones ( n =5, HS/CA=3.06±0.47, t =6.48, P <0.05) and grade Ⅱ oligodendrogliomas ( n =11, HS/CA=2.34±0.79, t =2.26, P <0.05); whereas no significant difference between grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ gliomas and grade Ⅱ oligodendrogliomas( t =1.85, P >0.05). Conclusion 11 C MET can be used to diagnose gliomas of different grades and differentiate malignant gliomas from benign ones to some extent.
