摘要
加入WTO后,我国的劳资关系更加复杂化,劳资纠纷将呈上升的趋势。在此特殊的背景下,应充分发挥工会在协调劳资关系中的作用,以保护劳动者的合法权益。
After WTO entrance, the labor - capital relationship of China shall become more complicated, the labor - capital disputes shall present the rising tendency. Under such special background, we should bring the functions of the trade union on the coordination of the labor - capital relationship into full play so as to protect the lawful rights and interests of the workers.
