摘要
构建和谐劳资关系是建设和谐社会的基础,针对当前我国社会中存在的劳资关系问题,本文将从包容性增长的视角出发,从确保劳动者参与剩余价值的分配中实现经济利益共享、在构建劳资关系平衡机制中确保劳资双方机会的平等、在完善劳动法律法规与建立健全工会中保障劳资权利的对等,以及提升劳动者人力资本中实现人的全面、可持续发展这四个方面来探索构建和谐劳资关系的路径。
Building harmonious labor relations is the foundation of harmonious society. To solve the labor relations problems that exist in the society currently, this article will pursue for four ways from the perspective of inclusive growth.It includes ensuring the laborers to participate in the distribution of the surplus value to share economic benefits; constructing the balance mechanism of labor-capital relations o ensure the equality of opportunities of both sides; improving labor laws and regulations and establishing the union organizations to protect the equal rights; and improving workers' quality to have a comprehensive and sustainable development. All these four aspects aim to explore the paths of building harmonious labor relations.
