摘要
新时期,我国由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变,工会工作的组织与管理也面临着机遇与挑战。只有适应这一体制的转变,调整自己的工作方式,才能满足新时期工会工作的特点和要求,才能更好地践行社会主义工会维权观,维护劳动者的权益。工会工作职业化是适应这一变化、提升工会工作效率的重要路径之一。
In the new period, the economic system has changed from planning economy into market economy. The organization and administration of trade union work is also facing challenges and opportunities. In order to meet with the changes, trade union must adjust its work modes, meet with new characteristics and demands of trade union work, carry out the proteetion concept of socialist trade union and protect labor rights and interests. Professional trade union work is one of the important ways to improve work efficiency of trade union work.
