摘要
把CCD计算机视觉技术应用到圆轴类零件的圆度检测中,介绍了一种可应用于工业现场在线、实时的CCD与计算机相结合的视觉排气阀的圆度误差检测实验系统的检测原理、系统硬软件和精度分析,并介绍了实验验证结果。
In this paper,on-line and real time ccd visual inspection technique is studied to measure the roundness of cylinder spindle.The basic principle of the visual inspection system is introduced.The mathematics models of visual inspection and measurement system are presented.In the end,the experiment is given.The experiment results show that the inspection technique can achieve total on-line measurement and it offers high precision.
